I decided to take myself out on a solo date….and came to Razzoo’s. It was my first time here and I can honestly say I was impressed. The service was great! I was greeted and seated by Cindy. She is a manager here and was so personable and pleasant. My waitress was Asia….and she was amazing! She recommend a dish for me and I love it. I had the chicken tchoupitoulas. Also, they had a drink special for the day. $5 margaritas on Wednesday! And for the price, you taste everything! Overall, I highly recommend this spot and plan to come back soon!

Well we've been wanting to try this place because we've heard so many people say the gator is good so we decided to give it a try on father's day. Roughly an hour drive. We get sat and wait roughly 15 minutes before getting ask for our drink order or even acknowledged we were here. We had a group of 14 people plus a couple kids so a little wait on service is expected, but the initial time of wait was excessive. After they finally started serving us service was good! When they come back to take our order the waitress tells us they're out of gator, the only reason we wanted to come. Had it not been a group thing I'd of left and went elsewhere! We stayed and decided to split a bowl of seafood gumbo. It came out in a reasonable time and was hot and fresh. Personally gumbo is supposed to have andouille in it, this does not, so it was immediately a let down. However the flavor was ok and not the worst I've had, but definitely not the best. We also tried some of the shrimp from the seafood boil and they had decent flavor, but were over cooked and chewy. You'd think a popular Cajun seafood based restaurant would know how to cook shrimp correctly, but apparently not. Overall wasn't impresse

Rebecca was an amazing server! Very personable and helpful when it comes to the menu. She recommended a drink that was on special which was incredible. Food was good but I wouldn’t say over the top. I’d return when in the area and try a few other things.

We had a great visit here. We arrived around 1:30, so it wasn't crowded at all. I really like the Cajun atmosphere all around the inside. Our waitress, Courtney, was friendly, polite & very attentive to our needs. Ordering went smoothly & our food came out fast & hot. I opted for the 3 Chicken Finger basket with Fries, Corn on the Cob & Hushpuppies. My wife selected the Fried Shrimp off of the Lunch Combo menu with Fries, Corn on the Cob & Hushpuppies. Everything was very good. The only thing I should mention if you've never been there is, everything comes out heavily seasoned. Just a heads up. Prices are very reasonable. Located in front of the Concord Mills parking lot. Give them a try before they're gone.

Justine was a beautiful server both inside and out. Very professional and friendly. She met all of our needs without hesitation. Should you be blessed to have her as your server for your next visit, you will not be disappointed. But come soon, because with the personality and person we got to see her to be, it’s only a matter of time before she goes on into a new and better endeavor. Overall our food and experience was excellent! Catfish was crispy and seasoned well. (2-top table)
